With social media now a commonplace element of most business’ marketing plans, research indicates that three out of four CMOs believe it is an effective tool to help build their business and 82% indicate it has helped increase brand awareness. While C-level leaders acknowledge the significant brand building benefits of social media, few are using the power of social media to strengthen their own brands.
