Oil Futures Travel Sideways After An Uneventful Quarter
As the third quarter of the current oil trading year comes to a close, both Brent and WTI futures have averaged even worse than the first quarter. For better parts of largely three uneventful months we have seen both benchmarks routinely shed a couple of dollars only recover lost ground within a session or two – a drill that’s become commonplace since mid-August.
